The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site Sasebo intends to issue a competitive solicitation, for USS TRIPOLI (LHA-7) to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and capable Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in “Japan only”. To be eligible for award the offeror must possess a current MSRA/ABR in the applicable region certified by NAVSUP FLC and have an active registration in the System for Awards Management (SAM.gov).
