This Solicitation is for Adapters that support maintenance and installation activities for Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY), Portsmouth, VA. This procurement is for materials only; no installation services are required under this action. This requirement will be procured as a sole?source acquisition from Dibert Valve & Fitting Co., Inc. as the authorized distributor of SWAGELOK equipment. The parts requested are direct replacement for existing shipyard equipment and SWAGELOK is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The parts requested are "one for one" replacements and must be procured from the OEM (or his authorized distributor) in order for the equipment to operate to shipyard and OEM performance standards.
