About this opportunity
This is a Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation notice. The final solicitation package will follow. This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA) Construction Team has a requirement for the following: The rehabilitation of the Autotour at Madison Waterfowl Production Area in Madison, SD. The project includes applying crack sealing and patching to the Auto Tour Road in order to protect and preserve the condition of the pavement and extend the service life of the pavement. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.
