The Oklahoma City VA Healthcare System requires twenty-four (24) automated external defibrillators (AEDs) which possess the following characteristics: Offeror must meet these specifications: Semi-automatic mode where the rescuer initiates the shock. Real CPR Help Technology, a proprietary feature that provides real-time feedback on chest compression rate and depth.
