H-1 Tool Groupings N6833526Q0431 The Naval Air Warfare Center – Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWCAD LKE) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm-fixed-price contract on a limited competition basis to procure H-1 Tool groupings in support of the Prototype, Manufacturing, and Development Program (PMD) See Attachment “A” for the complete part list. This limited competition will be between IDSC Holdings LLC and Snap-on Tools (CAGE: 55719) and their authorized distributors using FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 procedures.
