Professional engineering & Consulting Services for Major Thoroughfare Plan Update

About this opportunity

The County seeks a qualified engineering consultant to prepare a Major Thoroughfare Plan (MTP) to be adopted as a component of the Comprehensive Plan. The MTP shall be a planning-level document that establishes a long-range vision for the County’s roadway and multimodal network, including implementation guidance. All analyses shall be performed using methodologies consistent with applicable standards of the Virginia Department of Transportation, Institute of Transportation Engineers, and the Highway Capacity Manual, as appropriate for planning-level analysis.
