About this opportunity
PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to negotiate and award, on a sole source basis, under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 and RFO FAR 12.102(a), a firm fixed price purchase order to Histology Consultation Services, Inc., for the purchase of services to process fish ovaries for histological analysis to inform research on fish reproduction and maturity. This contract is expected to have a period of performance of one (1) base year and four (4) option years, with a total period of performance of 2026 - 2031.
