The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City requires a contractor to perform removal and replacement of the existing rooftop packaged HVAC Unit and three (3) existing Air Handling Units (AHUs) at U.S. Government Residential Property located at Mexico City. The objective of the project is to eliminate obsolete, unsupported HVAC equipment and install modern, state-of-the-art systems that improve energy efficiency, operational reliability, enviromental compliance and long-term servieability.
