This Purchase Description defines the requirements for a Towable Expeditionary Shelter System – Small (TESS-S). The system shall be a self-contained, rapid-deployment, hard-sided mobile workstation designed for command and control (C2) and administrative operations in austere and expeditionary environments. The system is intended to provide a climate-controlled, insulated, and mobile workspace that can be quickly emplaced and displaced to support agile and distributed military operations. 1.0 Salient Characteristics The TESS-S shall meet the following minimum essential requirements.
