IAW FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Mechanicsburg Office, intends to award a SoleSource Firm Fixed Price contract to The University of Chicago for three (3) Captains to attend the university's High Performance Leadership course as part of the Executive Education Program. This action is justified to be sole source. As the executive education programs are run and scheduled by the schools, the DON has little to no input on when and where they occur.
