This is a Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) for Robotic and Autonomous Systems (RAS) announcement. The Navy is pleased to announce the next marketplace opening for the Medium Unmanned Surface Vessel (MUSV) family of systems (FoS) program. The Navy intends to release a Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) by 01 August 2026. The RPP will include detailed requirements for high-capacity MUSV solutions used for logistics support and capable of transporting containerized payloads.MUSV uses modular design principles to create adaptable and resilient solutions that can effectively counter evolving threats.
