(Bill) Hefner Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including removal of existing masonry and mortar, and furnish labor and materials to perform work for VA project 659-24-901, Replace Masonry Structural Issues, which includes masonry maintenance and repair to the exterior walls for seven (7) campus buildings (Buildings 5, 6, 7, 11, 13, 19, and 21), with phased construction according to building groupings.
