The Contracting Officer has determined that Source Media LLC is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC’s requirement in accordance with RFO Part 12.102. Source Media’s publications provide unique analysis and reporting in the financial industry that cannot be obtained through any other sources. The publications are under copyright and real-time electronic access to the publications is only available through Source Media LLC.
