About this opportunity
Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery for the following: 1. Remove and install new standing seam metal roof; including underlayment, ridge vent, flashing, drip edge, roof curbs, crickets, gutters, and downspouts. 2. Install roof, valley, gutter, and downspout ice/snow melt system including electrical circuits. 3. Interior and exterior modifications including remove carpet and install carpet tiles, replace stained and damaged acoustical panels and ceiling tiles, and seal windows.
