Transitional housing for homeless veterans The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center and the Durham VA Medical Center provides diagnostic and therapeutic services in medicine, surgery, rehabilitation medicine, psychiatry, and skilled nursing home care. This facility also provides homeless support services to those Veterans requiring resources to aid them in the procurement of permanent housing. The Contractor shall furnish transitional housing for the beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) and the Durham VA Medical Center (VA).
