THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES. No competitive solicitation will be issued. The War Media Activity (WMA) Headquarters (HQ) intends to execute a sole-source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) bridge contract with Taft Broadcasting Company, LLC (CAGE: 1PHJ1) to provide Audio-Visual Maintenance support services for WMA HQ. The anticipated award will consist of a 6-month base period, for an estimated period of performance of 01 September 2026 through 28 February 2027. The regulatory authority which permits this non-competitive acquisition is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2, “Unusual and compelling urgency”.
