The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), V-22 Joint Program Office (PMA-275) intends to negotiate and issue a Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-23-G-0001 to ELBITAMERICA, INC., 4700 Marine Creek Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76179 on a sole source basis for: Engineering redesign of the Integrated Avionics Processor (IAP) and the production of test assets for demonstration and qualification. The current IAP is facing obsolescence issues with the Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) Bridge and the Ethernet Switch within the Display Processing Module (DPM) as well as processing limitations that impact equipment performance within the Map Processing Module (MPM).
