PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, anticipates issuing a solicitation and awarding a single contract for construction services for the installation of water and electrical utility lines at the Minooka Park C Loop Campground, located at Wilson Lake in Kansas.
