The proposed contract action is for one (1) cleanLASER CL 1000 Beam Switch Laser System (please see attached minimum requirements), for which the Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of RFO 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures (41 U.S.C. 1901).
