NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE cleanLASER CL 1000 Beam Switch Laser System 8 July 2026 The 700th Contracting Squadron, Kapaun Air Station, Bldg. 2767, D-67661 Kaiserslautern, hereby formally announces the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Adapt Laser Systems, LLC, 1218 Guinotte, Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64120, USA. The proposed contract action is for one (1) cleanLASER CL 1000 Beam Switch Laser System (please see attached minimum requirements), for which the Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of RFO 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures (41 U.S.C. 1901).
