Sealed Bids for the construction of the Water System Improvements - FY 24 CDBG �will be received, by the City of Damascus, at the Damascus City Hall - 8120 Joe Bryan Street, Damascus, Georgia 39841 until 11:00 AM local time on July 15, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No bids may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically detailed in the Instructions to Bidders.
