About this opportunity
The Scope of Work associated with the new Perkins Mill Estates shall generally include, but not be limited to, the following: (a) Rough grading �6.32 acres of property including hauling of �7,400 CY of compacted suitable material to establish subgrade for future development. (b) Installation of underground utilities. The installation of �1,100 LF of 8 IN C900 water main pipe, hydrant assemblies, and water service locations. The installation of �1,026 LF of SDR26 Gravity Sewer, 22 VF of 4� diameter precast Manholes, and 30 new lateral connections including piping. The installation of - 24 LF of 18 IN Reinforced Concrete Pipe with Flared End Sections.
