The City of Milton is seeking a full-service vendor to provide on-site merchandise production and sales for the City�s annual Crabapple Fest event. The initial contract term shall be for an annual term which will expire September 30, 2027, with the option for two (2) automatic annual renewals through September 30, 2029. The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified third-party vendor to produce and screen print t-shirts and other merchandise on-site, manage inventory, and handle all merchandise sales during all operating hours of Crabapple Fest, held annually on the first Saturday in October.
