This RFP sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to the proposed procurement. School Food Authorities (SFAs) are encouraged to use the sample FSMC (Food Service Management Company) RFP and Contract. For solicitation approval, an SFA must complete the required procurement procedures for participation in the reimbursement programs.
