Spalding County serves as fiscal agent for the Griffin Judicial Circuit, which comprises Spalding, Fayette, Pike, and Upson Counties. The Circuit administers evidence-based juvenile justice programming under the Juvenile Justice Incentive Grant (JJIG), funded by the Georgia Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) and authorized under the federal Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act (JJDPA).
