Henry County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide On-Call Right-of-Way Services for an Annual Contract. Proposals will only be considered by firms currently pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation. RFPs will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on Thursday, July 23, 2026. Late RFPs will not be considered nor returned.
