About this opportunity

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract with one (1) Offeror through competitive negotiation for an in-country or in-region consultant to assist with marketing and promotional activities for Virginia-produced products with primary focus in Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific (Target Market), for the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS), an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
