The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA), on behalf of Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD), Georgia local governments, related stakeholders/customers, and Georgia citizens, is interested in receiving responses from firms interested in providing consulting services to perform, prepare and produce a Clean Water Needs Survey (CWNS).
