The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed bids from interested vendors (Bidder) to perform renovations to the City’s Emergency Communication Satellite Center located at 424 Mt Clinton Pike (Project), as detailed in the attached construction drawings.The project is constructing new office space within the existing metal building to include a restroom, small break area, IT closet, and eight (8) workstations, along with HVAC, plumbing, and some structural modifications. Contractor shall not start before September 1, 2026, and shall be completed 90 calendar days following the issuance of the formal Notice to Proceed.
