The intent of these specifications is to solicit formal sealed proposals from firms qualified to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMR) Services for the (ESPLOST) RFP C27-01 for Construction Manager at Risk (�CMR�) Services for West Chatham Schools Project located at 820 Pine Barren Road, Pooler, GA 31322. The firm selected through this RFP will enter into a contract with the District in a Construction Management at Risk Agreement with an estimated initial Stated Cost Limitation of One Hundred Eighty Six Million Nine Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Dollars ($186,951,000).
