Separate sealed Bids for furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the construction of the Courts Renovation will be received by the Owner at the City of Fort Oglethorpe, 500 City Hall Drive, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742, until 10:00 a.m., local time, on Thursday, July 30, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Project consists of renovation of the Municipal Court facilities within Fort Oglethorpe City Hall, including selective demolition, interior renovations, courtroom improvements, accessibility upgrades, modifications to existing building systems, and related appurtenant work.
