Fulton County, Georgia "County" seeks a qualified contractor to implement a comprehensive water meter replacement and meter register changeout initiative known as the Commercial Meter Changeout Program Phase 2. This program is a critical component of the County�s broader effort to modernize its water utility infrastructure and fully transition the commercial service area (Zone 7) to Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI).
