About this opportunity

The Augusta Engineering & Environmental Services Department, herein referred to as the AEES, wishes to construct the MSW landfill Phase III, Stage II South Cell 2-Phase 1 at the Deans Bridge Road MSW Landfill. The proposed primary scope consists of earthwork, subgrade preparation, installation of a liner system (clay, protective cover, geosynthetics, HDPE geomembrane, etc.), leachate collection system, integration to existing adjacent cell components, stormwater management system components, new roadway, installation of temporary and permanent sediment and erosion control features, and miscellaneous incidental construction needed to complete new cell construction per its construction plan.
