The City of Duluth (hereafter �the City�) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide consultant services for the Pine Needle Trail project along Pine Needle Dr NW from the roundabout at George Rogers Avenue to the intersection of Parkway Circle NW along SR 120/Duluth HWY/Abbotts Bridge Rd. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify potential providers for the Scope of Services for the project/contract listed in Exhibit I.
