The Chatham Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide on-call communication tower inspections, assessments, preventive maintenance, repairs, emergency response, and storm-related services for communication tower sites supporting critical public safety communications infrastructure. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified contractor at fixed, agreed-upon contract rates, allowing CEMA to request routine, corrective, emergency, and storm-related tower services on an as-needed basis without requiring a separate quotation process for each individual service request.
