The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for the provision of a Pension Administration System (PAS) for the Educational Employees’ Supplementary Retirement System of Fairfax County (“ERFC”), which provides pension benefits to certain employees of the Fairfax County Public Schools (“FCPS”) in the County of Fairfax, Virginia. FCPS is assisting with this RFP process.
