DESCRIPTION: The Army Contracting Command-Rock Island, on behalf of the Project Lead Joint Services, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ is seeking interested Continental United States (CONUS) sources and information for the existing capability to manufacture high precision shaped charge, explosively formed penetrator (EFP), multiple explosively formed penetrator (MEFP) liners for anti-armor and anti-materiel warheads.
