About this opportunity

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis (IAW FAR 13), with New Light Technologies located 200 Massachusetts Ave. NW Suite 700, Washington, DC 20001, as the only responsible source that is capable of providing an interactive, web-based, cloud-hosted, mapping solution that supports training delivery at the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP). The mapping solution must be a geographic information system based on the fictitious Liberty County and its emergency response organizations and resources that are featured in CDP training exercises.
