Establish a deadline for contractors to submit RFI questions. Questions are due Tuesday, 7 July 2026 at 3:00 PM EST. 2. Extend the proposal due date to 16 July 2026 at 3:00 PM EST. 3. Establish that CLIN 0001 will include HVAC repair and CLIN 0002 - Sanitary Sewer Repair will be the only option CLIN. CLIN 0003 has been removed.
