The U.S. Government intends to increase capacity on the current Mechanical Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MM), W911S823D0008 (Apex Mechanical), W911S823D0009 (Vet First), W911S823D0010 (Holmes Mechanical), W911S823D0011 (Avalon Contracting), W911S823D0012 (Blue Mountain Mechanical Inc.), on a SOLE SOURCE basis. The MM will include construction, repair, and service tasks in the mechanical discipline. Mechanical work may include replacement, installation, repair and service of boilers, HVAC systems, plumbing, building control systems, Testing, Adjusting and Balancing of mechanical systems (TAB), and mechanical equipment.
