The basis for the sole source is that only Mini-Flex can meet the Government’s schedule requirements without incurring unacceptable duplicative costs as it is currently the only qualified supplier that can meet the Government’s minimum requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
