About this opportunity
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 70Z02326R93280004 for the Homeland Security Cutter - Light Icebreaker (HSC-L) acquisition. The Government intends to award an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the design, production, testing, delivery, and related supplies and services for HSC-L vessels in accordance with the solicitation.
