It has been determined that CARNEGIE-MELLON UNIVERSITY is the sole provider of Correlation of Process-Induced Defects and Detectability Models for Laser-Wire AM. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC).
