The updated verbaige is as follows: The purpose of this contract is to provide the Centers Support Services. Student enrollment and outcomes for each center are affected by recruitment and attrition rates, labor market conditions, trends in provider burnout and engagement, and other factors. This has led to supply and demand imbalances that are sensitive to subtle shifts in policies and organizational priorities, variability of critical staffing needs across time and geography, and the need for expanded utilization of support services.
