Request for Information – C&T Innovation Day White Paper Submission DLA is soliciting white papers for Clothing & Textiles (C&T) innovations in fabrics, materials, components, manufacturing processes and end item in advance of the C&T Innovation Day to be held on August 20, 2026 at the Baroni Center for Government Contracting, George Mason University. The objective is to provide DoW an opportunity to review emerging domestic industrial base technologies for potential adoption into future requirements.
