The property consists primarily of: Plate and Structural Steel (P&S) No. 1 Heavy Melting Steel (HMS #1) Fabricated steel components and structural assemblies Aluminum Mixed ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals Scrap containing incidental foreign attachments such as wood, rubber, fasteners, hardware, and other non-metallic materials This is a one-time lump-sum sale.
