Your quotation must be submitted electronically to KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov marked “Quotation Enclosed – "Video Content-19MY3026Q0016” to the Contracting Officer, General Services Office, Kuala Lumpur on or before 12:00 noon on July 17, 2026.
