The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as VDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide Traffic Control Services for on-call, as-needed, traffic control services for work being accomplished in various locations, on primary and secondary routes within Henry, Patrick and Carroll Counties in the Martinsville Residency being accomplished by VDOT or their contractors. The services identified herein may be requested to supplement work being performed by State Forces, when traffic control is not a component of a contract being used, or when additional traffic control is needed to supplement these contracts.
