About this opportunity
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms to establish a term contract through competitive negotiation to provide a Crisis Call Center to the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority and Region 4, (herein referred to as the âAuthorityâ or âRBHAâ) a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
