About this opportunity
The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Transportation, will shortly undergo a Multi-Step competitive Sealed Proposal process comprised of a pre-qualification phase, followed by a Request for Proposals (RFP). The City is seeking interested vendors for engineering and design services for the Lee Street Trail, and a 2.75-mile multi-use trail that will connect the West End MARTA Station to the Lakewood, Fort McPherson MARTA Station. The City"s expectation is that the selected vendor will also assume responsibility for the design of the roadway reconfiguration, an 8 to 12-foot multi-use trail, landscaped buffers, barriers where needed, pedestrian lighting, intersection improvements, a HAWK signal, and wayfinding signage.
