About this opportunity

The project consists of reconstructing Johnson Avenue and associated utilities from Rome Street to Barnes Avenue and on Barnes Avenue from Johnson Avenue north approximately 250 feet. The project will include installation of new 18''-60'' storm sewer piping and drainage structures; new 8'' sanitary sewer main piping and manholes; new 8'' and 12'' water mains; reconnecting sanitary sewer and water services; relocation of existing utilities where necessary; saw-cutting and demolition of existing road and parking lots; milling and overlay portions of existing road; new full-depth pavement and curb and gutter for road and parking lots; new sidewalks; installation of a retaining wall; re-striping and re-signing roadway and parking lots; traffic control; erosion control (installation, maintenanc...
